packet three ds-156 huzzah?

So I'm looking at the packet three checklist from the consulate site (http://vancouver.usconsulate.gov/content/visas/pdfs/packet3k1k3.pdf) but im confused about the ds-156 and the ds-156k .. when i click on the link for the ds-156k it takes me to the ds-156 application page. and when i click on the link for the ds-156 it takes me to a page that lists the ds-156k .. but refers me back to the ds-156. or something.

basically, im confused. is there actually a ds-156k? or is it just the ds-156 form? There is probably a really simple answer to this that im just missing =(

There is a DS-156 and a DS-156K

You need both of these for the K-1. The DS-156K is a single page. I remember having issues with the web page, but try this link and see if it works. (may have to copy and paste into your address bar)
