I recently was laid off from my job  . A few weeks ago I sent in the I-129F application for my fiancee. Will this have any influence on the determination to award her an entry visa? I am a full USC by birth.

If you do not think you will have a job by the time your interview comes I would try to line up a co-sponsor. But if you have met the min income requirements and will have a job come interview time I think you should be ok. Probably wouldn't hurt to have a co-sponsor just in case. From what I understand co-sponsors are also consulate specific to individual countries. Perhaps you should ask this question again in the the forum portal that is more appropriate to D.R.. Also, I'm sure someone that is more knowledgeable then myself about this will be along shortly to advise you. Good luck.

Yes, you will need a co-sponsor if you don´t have a job. Co-sponsor can be a friend or a family who earns the amount of money per year stablished by USCIS.

It doesn´t matter if you are USC by birth or get your citizenship by naturalization.

Read the guides all the information you will need is there.

You filled out a 129 not a 129F. It is other form.
