Vereen, 50, was first charged with trespassing, but police added a buggery charge after watching the surveillance tape. He faces up to five years if convicted. Vereen was already on probation after pleading guilty to buggery last year and was sentenced to three years of probation, ordered to stay away from the Lazy B Stables and declared a sex offender. He remains in jail, awaiting a hearing Monday to determine if he violated his probation.

Kenley said she caught him then too. She stopped by her stable on Thanksgiving Day and found a man asleep in the hay by her horse, who had been locked in her stall, a mound of dirt and a stool behind her.

She said she thought about shooting Vereen both times, but didn't want to go to prison.

Arson and bestiality are far more frequent given the opportunity with mental patients. There's a large portion of incarcerated that should be in forensic psych units NGBRI (not guilty by reason of insanity). Kinda like John Hinkley who may be more intelligent and adept than likely this ####### (and I met Mr. Hinkley-appropriate sentence for him IMHO).

I think the real question is "Why don't the women down there put out?"

I had a friend from Afghanistan who came to the US for business and he complained to me that our country of dozens he's been to was the most impossible to get a lay. Having traveled a lot, I had to agree. Just about any other country would avail you some woman if you had money and were half decent looking. Now add to that a mental disability and he's president of the not gettin any club (yes, even in SC). Try to get laid near Myrtle Beach then add mental disability. Our women are no cakewalk in comparison.
