Right now I am looking at my uscis online portfolio, I applied for I485, I130 and I765.

the last updates on the

I485 was 07/15/2009

I130 was 06/22/2009

I765 was 06/22/2009

The i485 requested extra evidence which I promtly sent and was recieved which was the last update. I have yet to receive a confirmation of whether it is acceptable or not.

Howcome the 130 and 765 havent been updated or touched yet?

I have my biometrics on 8/7/09, how does this work with the request of evidence wait?

I wouldn`t count too much on the USCIS site... We received an email saying requested evidence received and case resumed. Is that what you got? If it is, then the only "confirmation" you`ll receive from them is going to be either an interview appointment letter or "EAD card production ordered" email. That would mean that what you`ve send to them was good enough.

Just go ahead and have your biometrics, your RFE didn`t influence your biometrics appointment.

Thanks for the info. I got an email basically saying the evidence has been received and that I will get notification within 60 days if it is ok. it hasnt been 60 days yet but I am stressing.

To be clear - they won't send you confirmation if/when it is OK.

In other words, you wont get a letter/email/notice saying "Hey, we got your response and it's just fine." If you don't hear back you'll have to assume it was OK.

I'm glad to see that the online system is not that reliable since only two of our NOA's are showing up online (I485 and I765 show but I131 and I130 don't show). I just didn't want to stress and think that they were "lost". And seeing as someone who filed the same day I did just got AP gives me hope that we might have something nice in the mail soon!
