The company I'm working for is about to go bankrupt or be sold and since it's not easy to find a new job in this economy I was wondering if I can count on unemployment benefits if ###### hits the fan.

The question is - being a GC holder subject to I-864 affidavit, am I still eligible for unemployment benefits or not? I worked in the US since a month after I arrived and until present time (3 years and 3 months and counting). Thanks!
