I am preparing an I-751 for my wife and her son. They both received their 2 year green card within 30 days of each other. I am confused about how many I-751s I should submit. Most of the instructions imply just one joint form, but I have seen people post comments that two seperate forms should be submitted. Which is the correct way? If only one I-751 form is required then how much should I pay. One fee or two fees? And how about the biometric service charges. Surely I must pay for two people, correct? Finally, is it best to pay all the fee and service charges in one check?

Thanks in advance for any answers.

Mike you submit one form, list the child in part 5 you pay 1 fee and then 2 biometrics fee total will be 465 + 80 + 80 = 625.00

However I have seen where the BIO was paid in a differnt check for the child.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Is it possible that a second check for the child's biometrics is a better way to go since it might serve as an acknowledgement that we are dealing with two applicants?
