i still no RFE, no touch, no email from CSC. Is it normal? Should I call csc or just wait?

it looks like few people like me :(

04-21-2006: send our I-129F application

05-01-2006: NOA1 Notice date

10-30-2006: touched( got 5 emails about RFE)

11-02-2006: received RFE in the mail

11-07-2006: sent the RFE back

11-15-2006: CSC got our RFE

12-05-2006: touched!!

12-06-2006: touched, also 5 emails, we approved on 5th, Dec.

12-09-2006: NOA2 received in mail

12-26-2006: NVC send to China

why not call them it could not hurt... i called them atleast once a week

09/2005 submitted I130, 08/09/2006 completed medical,case left NVC to Montreal Embassy July 7, 2006
06/07/2006 NVC CASE COMPLETE! (278 days from I130 submitted to NVC case complete)
August 2006 Interview at Montreal Embassy, need to submit I601 & I212 waiver.July 2007 submitted waivers to Montreal Embassy who forwarded to Vermont Service Center
October 2007 rec'd receipt and notification or waiver processing from VSC, April 2008 rec'd RFE for I601 July 2008 submitted RFE, and rec'd receipt, advised written decision within 60 days
October 24, 2008 sent written request for case status to VSC, May 2009 after written request for status update recd letter "being processed"
July2009 requested Senator inquiry again.. response "with officer, required extra processing" if no response check back 6 months!
Dec 09 requested senator inquiry again, Jan 8 2010 requested more than "general inquiry" senator Jan 11, 2010 Senator requested supervisor
Jan 12, VSC told senator's office we wld recd notice in mail 7 - 10 days Jan 20, 2010 I601 DENIED.... letter dated Jan 14, 2010
April 2010, granted 290b approval to send to Appeal for review

October 2011 Appeal denied due to fraud, now dumped by husband, now with Canadian Arabic woman from Tunisa for Canada residence.. processing Immigration with her now

thru Canada

July2013 He ws deported back to Egypt almost a year ago due to out of status for almost 2 years

CSC is processing FEB 15 receipt date now. They should be updating that soon. Your receipt date is May 1. That puts you about some days away from the processing starting on your case. I have a June receipt date! You can only wait. Like most of us posting here, I wish we had been processed by the Vermont Service Center!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

I would give them a call. Receiving the IMBRA RFE has little to do with processing dates as you can see by my timeline. Hope you get it soon. Then you can send it back and get back to waiting for your NOA2. ;)

You can email and call and call and call, but as you can see by my timeline, sometimes it does little good. Not too seem negative or anything, it is just reality. I am still waiting on my NOA2, and I got my NOA1 in January.....but I do email them and call at least once a month, even though I still get the same answer. I have gotten the Congresswoman involved as well, and that has done no good either. So, all I can say is you just have to hang in there, and wait. But , do stay on them....don't let them think you are just sitting there taking it. Bug the hell out of them. LOL....

I think you should have received it by now since you, like me, didn't submit the IMBRA compliant 129F. My NOA1 is after yours and I received my IMBRA RFE over a week ago as others have. I haven't called in to check on anything because I figure I'm in the "wait" mode since there are many people ahead of me, but if I were you, I would check to see where my IMBRA RFE is.

09 May 2006 - Delivered to Laguna Niguel (USPS tracking) and is also the Received Date on the NOA1

24 May 2006 - Check cleared the bank

25 May 2006 - Received NOA1 in the mail (postmarked 24 May and notice date of 22 May)

28 June 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE in the mail (postmarked 27 June and notice date of 23 June)

29 June 2005 - Returned IMBRA RFE overnight service to CSC (signed as received at 7:46 AM, 30 June)

03 July 2006 - Received 2 identical emails from USCIS-CSSO saying they sent me the IMBRA RFE

04 July 2006 - Touched

05 July 2006 - Touched

05 July 2006 - Received 2 identical emails from USCIS-CSSO stating they received my RFE response on 5 July

06 July 2006 - Touched

25 July 2006 - Touched

25 July 2006 - Approved

31 July 2006 - NVC received my application

2 August 2006 - NVC sent my application to embassy at Kuala Lumpur via DHL

7 August 2006 - Received letter sent from NVC dated 3 August stating they received an approved I-129F

23 August 2006 - Packet 3 received

forgot the dates for interview, approvals and such...but we delayed for awhile so kids could finish school

29 December 2007 - K-1 and kids (K-2) arrived at LAX (oh..me too)

12 March 2008 - Got married

28 March 2008 - Filed AOS, AP and EAD

13 April 2008 - Received by USCIS

17 April 2008 - Notice date

21 June 2008 - Received AP approval letter

28 June 2008 - Received EAD cards

24 September 2008 - Received interview letter

Interview scheduled for November 25th

25 November 2008 - Interview in San Bernadino, GC approved

11 December 2008 GC received
