I am on an international student visa in Toronto which is going to expire in December 2006, originally from Pakistan. I recently got married to a US Citizen from Pakistan over here in Toronto. She filed I-130 with G325A and 2 photo graphs with form filling fee and copy of marriage certificate with her passport copy of all pages and birth certifcate (copy). This was filed on the 30th of June, 2006. She is probably going to receive NOA1 in the next week. We have everything prepared for I-129 which will be mailed as soon as NOA1 is received. Can you please tell me is there a possibility if I would be able to get through any sooner since I have heard that Montreal Embassy is quite busy and it takes alot of time? Also is there anyone out there who is in the same situation or gone through a same situation. Also people who have prior experience in Montreal, if we do make the request to expedite the process, is there a possibility that they would listen?

12/15/11 Oath Ceremony - Its all over! I AM FINALLY A US CITIZEN!
