Got 1st receipt March 2 from Vermont and got email approval notice last night

congrats :thumbs: no need to wait for the letter from USEM just wait 2 weeks before u call the US embassy to schedule for the interview goodluck ;)

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

03-10-09 NOA 1

08-06-09 NOA 2 (08-07-09 his b-day)

08-10-09 NVC received

09-07-09 Medical passed (Sep.7-8)

09-22-09 Appointed date interview but rescheduled Sep.25 (my case not yet in their system)

09-25-09 Interview (1 additional document lacking)

STILL WAITING MY VISA!

Nov. 10-09 Visa received

Nov.13-09 US arrival (Guam POE)

Nov.19-09 celebrate b-day

Dec.27-09 Wedding day

Just wanted you all to know things in vermont are moving. Almost 5 months but it's good. So how long does she wait for the letter from the US embassy in Manila? What can we do?

No need to wait, I waited about 10 days after my NOA2 and NVC letter arrived and called the embassy using the 1800 number (18 USD) and made her interview appt right over the phone. You will need the letter from the NVC. This letter will have a MNLxxxxxxxxx number which the operator will want. Just that easy. Just go 1 week or so early to complete the medical, BDO payment etc. Good luck!

June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
