Hi,

Just to let you know my laywer called me last week and wanted to know if i sent the RFE back and i told him yes and that they recieved it.He then told me that if everything was ok with it that he expects approvals to be comming within three weeks time,he siad that they are working extra hard to relieve the backlog of cases.I was really suprised he told me to expect an approval in 3 weeks.I dont know if he has inside info since thats all the frim handles is K1 visas,and it states on his website that they have full USCIS and embassy support.So lets keeep our fingers crossed and PRAY to GOD that all goes speedy from here on out.

They recieved my petition on 5-30-06 and then CSC recived it on 06-07-06 and ive been touched like on the 4th 5th 7th and 8th of this month.Any comments would be appricated.What do you all think?

Hey! You were touched same days as me.... my K1 was recieved I believe April 30 w/ NOA1 on May 2. Recieved RFE on June 29, returned in mail June 30, recieved by CSC on July 3, then all these touches... maybe it's premature but I'm excited....

Good luck to us all, maybe they're actually getting it together there! :thumbs:

Dec. 24, 2006 - Said arrives in NOLA, just in time for the holidaze!

Dec. 31, 2006 - OUR WEDDING!!! Ringing in a New Year as husband & wife!

Jan 8, 2007 - applied for SSN

Jan 15, 2007 - recieved SSN

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved

Take a look at my touch history. I view it this way. First there were touches to move me to the CSC. Then there were touches at the CSC looking at the rest of my petition not affected by IMBRA. Then there were touches processing my IMBRA RFE. IMO it looks like they processed my petition minus the IMBRA RFE before they sent the RFE out. Now they are adding my RFE. I am hoping that it means they are soon to be done with my petition and the NOA2 will be forthcoming.

I really hope you are right as my NOA1 date is right after yours!!!! My fiancee told me today she has feeling about next week, she says NOA2 will be next week (she is rarely wrong about those glimpses into things that are going to happen).

I hope that is true, since we are the same date. I believe next week will be the test of all approval theories floating out there. I am hopeful that we see a new CSC "Approval" thread next week!!!! :thumbs:

I agree Gary, They have to be getting close on mid March petitions. I am sure they did pre processing and were just waiting for the RFE. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I came home from South Korea Saturday to find my RFE. It will go out Monday for Tuesday deliver.

My baby is very anxious and sad that we are not together and it is killing me.

Lets do the NOA2 CSC dance and maybe they will start pouring down on us.

I came home from Mexico today to NOT find my RFE. But I did have a vm from the senator's office saying that she would get it faxed to me if I don't get it tomorrow. She also said she had news on the processing dates in regard to people who were transferred from Nebraska I think - so as soon as I have more information from her, I'll let you guys now. I certainly hope it means March people at CSC will continue to be processed first regardless of when their RFEs were returned.

First let me say that I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the RFE yet, hopefully it will be in the mailbox tomorrow or else you get the FAX from your Congressman.

I am also wating to hear what news you may have about the applications transfered from Nebraska!!

3/21/06 I-129F sent to NSC

3/24/06 NOA1

3/28/06 Touched

6/1/06 Case transfered to California Office

6/9/06 Received 2nd letter from NSC telling me that my case as been transefered

aww, KK, that sucks! AT least your senator will get it faxed to you. Be sure to get the barcoded first sheet as well.

Very interested to hear transfer news as well.

KitKat, I hope your RE turns up soon!

I certainly hope it means March people at CSC will continue to be processed first regardless of when their RFEs were returned.

I am thinking we will start to see people with NOA1 dates in March getting their approval within the next few weeks.

Hopefully it will snowball from there for the rest of us.

Hope you are right hockeygirl. At least we are seeing more of the Feb NOA1s get approved so maybe CSC will start moving further into Mar in next week or so. The sooner they get us out of the way the sooner you all get moving!!!!

Oh sorry Kitkat. I know you are just few days behind us. Hopefully your senator will have some good news for you and the rest of us. Keep the faith, we will all get thru this eventually!!!!
