Hello,

I have friend, she applied I-751 under bonafide marrige with her husband together and got her finger print, but later on she got divorced and then again she applied I-751 under marrige entered in good faith but terminated by divorce in may, she also hired a lawyer, but now the problem is she did't get her biometric appoint letter second time.....so what u think guys......

This is a snarky response; the OP is just asking for help. My DNA didn't change between time of filing for AOS and ROC yet one is required to get fingerprinted twice. The OP's friend has entered two different applications.

If your friend is concerned that she should have received a second biometrics appointment (and I have no idea if this is the case or not), the safest way would be for her to make an infopass appointment if more than 30+ days has passed since she filed the second I-751 and as this question at the appointment.

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Tell her to call USCIS and make a service request for a appointment if it's been more than 30 days since she got her receipt notice.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

I remember reading a thread here on VJ, someone was in the same situation and she received her new green card without biometrics, because USCIS used her biometrics from her first I-751, they are valid for 15 months. Probably this is why you have not received your biometrics letter yet?
