I need help! I will be needing to write a hardship letter for my husband. He doesn't have an interview appt yet but I'm trying to figure out what to write for the waiver. I don't have any major health problems or illnesses. Money is fine right now. (Ofcourse, he is still here with me). We don't have any children. I cannot get pregnant naturally. We have tried in-vitro, but it didn't work. We have the option to try again, but need to pay off our credit cards from the last time we did it. ($15,000). If it doesn't work the next time, we would like to adopt. Ofcourse we will not be able to do this if he is has a 10 year ban.

Ofcourse, I'm going to be devistated when we have to separate. We have never been apart since 2001. This is why we have waited this long to get his visa.

Anyone have any ideas about what I could do with the waiver letter?

Take a look at the this link, it explains what is classified as extreme hardship

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=316P

Please also know that it is not a letter you need to prepare, it is a packet including supporting documentation. Also, check out immigrate2us.net, they specialize in waivers.

Good luck.
