January 25, 2010 - Cory received her SSN

March 9, 2010 - Received appointment for biometrics - will be on March 18

March 18, 2010 - Biometrics done

March 19, 2010 - Touches on I-485 and I-765

March 25, 2010 - Advance Parole approved..received on April 1 in the mail

March 29, 2010 - I-485 notice date, received on April 4, 2010

May 3, 2010 - EAD approved

May 5, 2010 - Date interview....approved

Congrats! Hope the rest of the journey is smooth and fast.

I never would have believed my journey to happiness would begin with something called an "I-129F"

03/19/09 - I-129F Sent

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

Thanks everybody. It finally feels like this ball is rolling now. I really believe that the VSC is moving again, so be strong and keep praying!

BTW, i wouldn't trip-out too much on where you stand on Igor's List. We were #162 yesterday at 8pm, and at 10pm we were at #2 on the approval list! Good luck to all the waiters and God Bless.

We just got our NOA2! We were #162 on Igor's List today. I just received the email confirmation from the USCIS Vermont Center.

We got our NOA1 March 3, 2009. Thought i'd share this with yall cause it looks like the march filers are up to bat!!

Congratulations....We were March filers and we had ours approved in July, it took 2 weeks for us to receive the notice from NVC. I wish you the best of luck. :thumbs: :thumbs:

WE ARE ON March 10, 2009. AND #191 on Igor's List today .. GOOD LUCK TO ALL !!!

We are NOA 1 on March 10th.........so why are we No.105 on Igors list, yet you are so much lower on the list but have the same date????????

Anyway, Congrats to those who have been approved!
