Montreal Interview Scheduling

My 4 cases have been completed on July 24 2009, obviously I missed the 2nd week of July scheduling. Is it reasonable to believe that we will receive interview dates for the month of September? Anyone already have September Interviews?

No one seems to have September interviews yet, but if you check the interview list for CR1/IR1, it generally runs about three months from the time your case is complete. Assuming that stays the same, you'd be looking at October, but who knows. I haven't figured Montreal out just yet.

How long did you have to wait to hear when NVC was complete till you received your interview date?

Our case was complete on May 20th and we received our interview date on June 23rd for an August 19th interview. I think. I can't see my timeline as I'm typing this so I'm going by memory. There were some people scheduled in June also that had been approved since April, so I didn't feel so bad about waiting. Their wait was awful! For whatever reason, Montreal didn't schedule any CR1/IR1 interviews (that we're aware of) for July. It was strange.

I have submitted 2 emails to NVC Supervisor Sue and both have come back rejecting my expedite request. I sent another today to Montreal requesting the same, probably get rejected but never hurts to try. ANyway I forwarded the MTL address info / times etc list to my wife today and needless to say she is a little upset...

I need to sit with all 3 kids by myself for 1-3 hours and wait in

line for at least 30 minutes before the f%$#ing doors even open????

very nice. We won't be there for another f@#$ing few months. bull

Needless to say it's was a great phone call tonight. I have tried everything possible to get everything rolling, put together when needed to, everything lined up and ready to go when requested and it sucks that this takes sooo long where here in AZ the illegal population goes untouched and don't have to fork out thousands of dollars to be here.

Sorry, I don't mean to sound like I'm laughing at your wife. I'm just laughing that her response was exactly what mine was a few months ago. I know IN is nothing like AZ when it comes to the illegals, but we have more than our fair share of them too. It drives me insane and totally pisses me off.

Our package was completed at the NVC on 6/22/09 and we have yet to receive an interview date. I think they are beginning to schedule September interviews this week for various consulates, but chances are that you'll be scheduled in October if you are going to Montreal. The NVC tells everyone that they schedule the interviews the 2nd week of the month, but from looking at the forum, that isn't really the case. I would guess that maybe that's when they are completely done with scheduling and you have no chance of getting an appointment for the next month.

The NVC tells everyone that they schedule the interviews the 2nd week of the month, but from looking at the forum, that isn't really the case. I would guess that maybe that's when they are completely done with scheduling and you have no chance of getting an appointment for the next month.

Hopefully get one in September (I would HATE to see the next email I get if it is October!!!).
