My wife and I got married on June 10, 2009. I filed an I-130 for her. We submitted:

- I-130 Petition

- G325A for me.

- G325A for her, she filled it.

- Copy of Marriage Certificate.

- Copy of my Passport.

- Her picture.

- My picture.

- 3 pictures from the wedding.

- 2 Affidavits swearing knowledge of our marriage.

- Copy of my birth certifcate.

I received my NOA1. I then proceeded to file an I129F for the K3. The instructions stated for K3 to submit Item 1,2, and 4 and may omit 3. They did'nt state to submit Item 6, which is G325A and more pictures. They also said to submit proof of filing for I130, so I submitted copy of NOA1 from I130.

Was I supposed to submit G325A with it? Is it going to get denied? As most of you, we just want to be with eachother ASAP. I talked to USCIS Infoline, they told me to only submit the I 129F with NOA1 from I130. I submitted:

-Copy of NOA1 from I130.

-Copy of my passport.

-Copy of my birthcertificate.

-Copy of marriage Certificate.

-I129F form.

Now, I'm worried very very much that they will deny or refuse the application without the G325A, and pics.

Someone, please guide me, who can I contact to confirm? And can I correct now if it was needed? I should have known about this website before hand. I'm super worried that my wife and I won't be able to re-unite soon and will have more complications.

I attached the instructions for the I129F.

Having your I-129F rejected as incomplete would be the best thing that could happen at this time. K3 is obsolete. Doesn't anybody read any of these threads before filing anymore? It's the most discussed subject in the K3 forum and has been for quite some time.
