Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

You want video of a guy suffering from severe diarrhea being pepper sprayed and tasered out of the toilet? That's a video I can definitely do without.

for the sake of the cops yes, so that all the cop haters out there cant have field day with this

Refuses arrest? What was the charge, excessive use of a toilet while in possession of an umbrella?

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

This is what I said - if somebody refuses arrest I think the cops should be able to use a taser, that said had they known he was deaf and did this I would disagree with there actions.

That said they dropped all charges.

But there wasn't really anything that was chargeable in the first place - its not illegal to use a toilet, nor to possess an umbrella.

the umbrella became a issue when he used it as a weapon and yes I use word weapon in this case loosely. Suspicious activity could lead business to want customers to leave the store, its seems they would have some rights in these situations.

It didn't say anywhere that the umbrella was used as a weapon (again how do you attack someone from behind a closed door?), only that the guy pushed the door closed.

Yes you are right, I stand corrected.

A taser is potentially deadly. In (admittedly rare, but not nearly rare enough) cases, it has killed people. It's certainly safer than a gun, but it's serious force that shouldn't be used just for the convenience of the officers. I have no problem seeing it used against a violent subject who is actively resisting arrest and/or putting someone in imminent danger, but in this case?

There was no emergency. If the guy's not cooperating, and just wanting to stay in the bathroom, why not wait it out awhile? He'll come out eventually.

There's a difference between saying he had an umbrella and saying he was actively using the umbrella to go after the officers. If he was violently swinging the umbrella and trying to come out after the officers, then a taser sounds reasonable. But if he was trying to stay inside and avoid confrontation, a taser seems a bit excessive.

I don't see ads. I have ADMuncher.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
