Got the pink but was'nt told to pay air21

Wife at interview binigyan ng pink slip pero hindi siya sinabihan na bayaran air21,sabi

"cod "raw.Anybody have this experience please share.Mayroon ba AR na pink slip?

i know its cash on delivery, what i mean is some are told to pay, and for cases that need to submit more documents are given pink slip but cod.In my case they did not ask for anything,gave me the pink slip but was told to wait for the visa but payment in COD..Anybody with same experience please reply.

even my parents they also gave them the pink slip to provide with more document do you knw how long will it take for them to recieved their visa. they should have let us knw wen we give our papers to nvc ( national visa center) my suggestion to all that will get have an interview bring xtra aos,bnk statement,w-2 the latest one and a letter from employer so that we wont have any more problem when they get have their interview we pay lots of money payments its no joke. i wanted to write to uscis to state my concerned regarding this matter this is to much already we provide all the necessary documents and payments whats the sense of having nvc they say no more document to provide but when you have the interview they ask for more.
