I'm sorry... I'm just so excited I had to tell somebody! We received our NOA1 on 4/27/09 & received notice via email today from our attorney that the NOA2 was issued 7/22/09. I can't believe it took less than 3 months with no RFEs! Still have a ways to go (waiting for South Africa to issue the police certificate)... but one obstacle down, only a handful to go!

Thanks to all those who participate in these forums & by updating their timelines... this website is an amazing resource.

Blessings to all of you who long to have your fiance'(e) home and in your arms! We're all in this together...

Thank you. :star:

No, it wasn't expedited at all. I'm not sure exactly how it got through so quickly, but I'll have to give the credit to the Man upstairs & our attorney for helping me sort through the stuff we had to gather.

I'm surprised yours hasn't been processed yet... looks like it should be done any day now! :) I'll definitely keep my fingers crossed for you.
