why do they want her to sign part 2 when its not filled out by my fiancee?

She has to fill part 2 -ds230, only item 45 is filled by CO:

The consular officer will assist you in answering item 45.

DO NOT SIGN this form until instructed to do so by the consular officer

It is noted at the end of the form as above.

First of all, on the HCM consulate website indicates that they only want the DS 230 part I for the interview, they did not mentioned part II, second there's no item 45 on part 2, you meant item 35??

my fiancee did not turn in part 2 and she passed the interview...now what i am so lost

When you turn in DS-230, it got part I and part 2 together. We only filed out Part 1, and the benefical will be filled out part 2 for the interview.

Anyway, I am from Souther California. My wife arrived into the US last month. If you need help PM me.

She needs to filled 2 forms. 1 is U.S. Customs form 6059B, and 2 is Homeland Security I-94.

Remember LAX is under reconstruction for TERMINAL 4 (Tom Brandley), It will take her 3-4 hours to get out.

good luck.

plus she doesn't know much English, how in the world can she get through filling out the two forms and answering their questions at customs in LAX?

If needed they will get a translator at customs... she should be fine.. they will give her papers when she gets the visa.

From what i remenbered, it was no big deal. i flew back with with my wife after the visa. there were a whole bunch of lines for different categories, citizens, non citizens, immigrants, non-immigrants. We both got into the citizen line, i got through, my wife has to go through the immigrant line. This was at the time the last line on the right hand side. While she was waiting in line, I went to get our bags. I returned with the cart and waited with her in line. it was a good wait, probably about 2 hrs. she has to sign some stuff, i think it was the signature for her green card. and they got her fingerprints. there were probably 5 people/families ahead of us in line. no questions, they took the brown packet, opened it and looked through it. they didn't need the xrays. once they were done, they said you should get your green card and ss card in a week or so. if you need interpretation help, ask your airline, they should be able to provide assistance.

She only needs 2 things. Passport with vise in it and the brown envelope for each person. The Brown Envelope contains everything about your case. Don;t open it. He or she will check her shot records as well and advise her if something is wrong. She will have to have the shots later when you go to the local USCIS office. Don't worry just tell them to only bring their clothes and important things with them. No Food, nuts, cookies, rice, seeds, plants. This will cause issues. Your in good now! Relax!
