Has anyone gotten a reply for thier K3 IMBRA RFE (that was a lot of acronyms in a row) yet? I just rec'd that standard reply I've been seeing in other K1 posts... (see below)

I'm just wondering if everybody already has this or if it's possibly a sign of progress or what. I don't want to get my hopes up for nothing because I only have a couple left and I'm saving those for a rainy day.

FYI hope they start approvals PDQ, or I'll get PO'd ASAP because I'm AOS. (Absolutely Over this Sh!t)

*that was the acronym grand finale

cheers.

Pehea 'oe Jersey G-

Absolutely, I definitely agree and hope you're right about the good sign. However, a dose of sarcasm and a sprinkle of feigned negativity seems to help me temper my true depression. I mock the USCIS only with the utmost respect! I guess you could call it a "Love/Hate" relationship. he he

Good luck and Godspeed to all of us in this K3/K1 boat. I think maybe the clouds are finally parting after a the storm...

Arrrrhh....

I'm still waiting for my packet from Montreal. I sent them an email because it has been 6 weeks that we have been approved and no packet yet. All they wrote was "sent it again". :) thanks!

but then I called them to make sure they had the right address also. Hopefuly I will not have to wait long for my interview, once I have booked it.

At least they answered your email. They never answer mine. Also when it comes make sure it's the right packet, mine was wrong then they had to resend it. As for the interview. It's been almost two months since I sent back Packet Three and still no word. My husbands calling Montreal today to check about the interview, Let's just hope it's set ........................

how would I know if it is the right one? I did notice that the DS-156 form was expired since 2004. But that is all I noticed that was bad.

Make sure the box on the left side says K3 and there is a ds230 with no part two info, on the medical and such. Mine was the d230 parts 1 and two which is for the cr1 not the 3

My wife joined me here in Oklahoma last October 18th, virtue of our K3 Visa application. We returned from a visit to her family on Tuesday of this past week. Prior to the trip, she was concerned about returning thru immigration, but she had no more difficulty than I, and less than on any prior trip.
