Oh my gosh...

I'm starting to get a little impatient here, sent in my DS 3020 ON July 14 and it has STILL Not been accepted -- sent in a hardcopy on Thursday...

We just want to pay the money and get going...

Should I start to worry? Based on reading the timelines of others, 2 weeks is not so much a wait but some people got there's accepted in two days.

I'm not talking about if you have a lawyer because if you do, it's a whole different story, talking about independent filers...

Thanks guys...

Just want to send my happy little IV package off to be with its AOS mate!

NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Called them on Friday and nothing as of yet -- I realize that I'm just being impatient but you'd think they'd want their cash at least, no?

Um when you say 10 days, do you include the weekends in that or is that 10 business days?

It's called process, and that's why you need to be more patient. Ours took 2 weeks. You're almost there, chill out :whistle:

Hey mikey...

Sorry about the RFE and yeah, it's just that, that feeling of hurry up and wait!!! Got my IV package all prettied up and ready to and am eager to slap it in the mail and wait on any RFEs and such.

Thanks a lot tho for the patience reminder, I forget about patience all the damn time!

It was exactly 14 days in my case so I guess on 28th you'll get your email ;) Still it will take 1-2 days for them to invoice IV fee, so have a lil more patience this week ;) I know the feeling though...thought I get case complete last week, instead got RFE...sux :bonk:

LOL...that's a good one :thumbs:

My RFE was just delivered to NVC today...let's see how long it takes them to take a look at it...

In case you receive a false RFE for Ds-230 which happens sometimes, you will have a bar-coded coversheet ready in case there is any RFEs in the future...this way you don't have to wait for NVC to send you one or make one yourself...so a useless RFE turned out to be of some use eventually :)
