Hi everyone,

I am almost done with my I-129F packet, but ran into one question. I want to include passport stamps from both of our passports to show that we were in the same place at the same time, but I am not sure exactly how to do this. I was thinking to include the first page and then only the pages that show the proper stamps. (My passport has 4 years validity, otherwise I would be submitting the whole thing to make my life easier). Is this what everyone else did? Also did anyone number the pages of their packet?

Thanks again!!!

Greg and I have travelled together to different parts of the globe within our year of getting to know each other. So what we did was to include every single page our my passport to show that we did. Including our boarding passes and the like.

We had also travelled a lot and lived together in other countries so I put in as many airplane tickets as possible showing flights together, and I included a photo copy of both whole passports, and then put post-it notes showing the corresponding stamps (ie: 1a/1b, 2a/2b, etc. showing the stamp in mine and his) and a highlighter arrow to the stamp on the page (not on the image of the passport, just next to it). I did that so they wouldn't ahve to dig through every page and figure out when and where we were at the same time.

I think it was a bit of overkill, but it seemed to make it clearer and I saw the post-it notes were still in place 10 months later when the file finally got to Paris for our interview! They handed me back a lot of the supporting documents (including many of the passport photocopy pages) during the K1 interview and said they didn't need them, but I think it never hurts to include.

Hi, you can photo copy the pages that has the stamp in your passport and include that in that packet, you and your fiance have to do that. Don`t forget to itemized all the evidences that you will be incuding in the package, make your cover letter and it will be okay.

Good luck!

I did just that for my petition. Sent them the first page with name and photo and then a copy of the page(s) with the stamps.

No I did not number the pages.

Itz a good idea to make COLOR COPIES of your passport picture page AND pages with entry/exit stamps.

Color copies cost more, but make a good impression.

The petition instructions tell you to copy ALL pages of your passport, even the blank pages. Just make the blank ones regular B&W copies, and you will be good to go!

I would add that it's a good idea, while you're making these copies for the I-129F, to also make a few copies of the first few pages for yourself. Travel with one copy, leave one at home. You never know when your passport might get lost/stolen and having those copies can be a HUGE timesaver.

do you have a copy of your eTicket or boarding pass? how about him, if you include these 2, are better than passport, but if you are doing the passport, make a copy of the first page and the entry and exit stamp of each person, try to do one page for each person, I mean on the top, copy of the first page and on the bottom, copy of the stamp for the same person, also include a cover page explaining the copy.

That is a really good idea. We do have most of the boarding passes. I have all of mine, but there are a couple instances where he could only find the boarding pass when he arrived or the boarding pass when he left. He has atleast 1 of 2 boarding passes for all 5 of our trips.

Thank you everyone for your help!
