hi to all!!!

is there anyone here who has received their NOA2 already? those who file a I-130 this april? coz me i havent received yet, i was so desperate now, its been 3 months goin to 4 months this august, hope all april filer's like me will have a smooth and fast processing, and my paperworks was assigned at the CSC.

timeline:

I-130 - sent april 2, 2009

received Noa1 - april 9

still waiting for noa2!!!!! hope it will arrived soon!!!

i really miss my hubby so much! oh GOD guide us and Bless us all.

You'll be more likely to get worthwhile replies in the IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports forum. This forum is for progress reports on K-1 filings, which are form I-129F. While the process and timeline is similar (at least at the USCIS service center stage), it's not the same.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

I-130 filed on April 1, NOA1 on April 10. Just got NOA2 on 8-3 here. It's coming, just be patient.

It takes 8 months for us to see each other back again since we started our visa process, and now here we are reunited back again and happy together.

09-09-2011 : Mailed ROC packet

09-12-2011 : Packet Arrived CSC (delayed from labor day long weekend)

09-14-2011 : Check Cashed

09-14-2011 : NOA1 dated 09-12-2011

09-19-2011 : Early walk-in Biometrics completed (Original date 10/03/2011)

02-07-2012 : Green Card Approved

02-11-2012 : Green Card Received

Citizenship

09-07-2012 : Mailed N-400 package

09-10-2012 : N-400 Package delivered

09-13-2012 : Check cashed, email and text received with case number

09-14-2012 : Biometrics letter mailed

09-15-2012 : NOA received dated 09-10

09-17-2012 : Biometrics letter received for 09-27

02-25-2013 : Interview Passed - Original interview was 01-07-2013 but was out of country so postponed
