also why is there no cover letter example for the aos,

I would guess that a birth certificate would be enough since they are just looking for confirm her citizenship. What do the instructions say?

Do you mean why is there no cover letter example on VisaJourney? I have no idea, you would have to ask the person who runs this site. I mean it's pretty similar to the K1 cover letter and so I'm sure lots of people just use that and change the information to pertain to the AOS. what if we can not find tax info for 3 years only 2?

You only have to send the most recent year. You only have to send 3 years worth if you think it will help your case.

We just send in the most recent year.

ok thank you, thats what i needed to know, we have the last 2 years just couldn't get the 3rd to print off

one more last question :P the 2007 taxes, my sponsor and cosponsor were married, so i have joint taxes for them, on the 1864 do i have to find there individual incomes or do i put the total from both
