I'm trying to fill out the G-325A form. Does Roland (my husband) need to fill one out, too? I know we had one form for each of us for the fiancee visa. I assume we file the same form with the I-485, with us being married? Thanks!

TimandJoyce just wanted to let you know, we have the charleston SC local office too and don't be surprised if you get things in the mail without an update online. We have our appointment notice for AOS and they have yet to update that online but have 'touched' it since than, interview in 2 days!

Wow!! :o You got your letter to say interview in 2 days, or you just didn't get an email to say one was scheduled? How long did you get the letter to the interview date? I'm suspecting we'll end up with an interview too. Tim's been trying to get my name on his bills, and who ever he talks with STILL has no idea and his bills don't have mine on it! I don't know about you, but I can't even get my name on his account without a State ID, and I can't get one of those without proving domicle!!smiley-angry046.gif Oh well, we'll get there yet.

Best wishes for your interview, hope you post a review.

Well still no GC in the mail...I'm starting to get worried....but then I have to remind myself it was the holidays and mail was slow!

Last word from USCIS was Dec. 28th Approval Notice Sent (which I am assuming is the actual GC) because of two card production ordered prior!

But on a positive note I got a call today about a job I applied for!

We never got an email or an update online for the interview. To give you an idea of the timeline, we filed oct 1st, had biometrics 10/29, received card production order update 11/20, received card about a week later and the interview notice came about 11/30, scheduled for jan 6th. But i have had very little updates on my cases online from them, it didn't even say i had a touch from oct 7th till dec 31 for i-130 and i-485.

We have had the same problems, needing state ID, even with the mililtary dependant ID. Hopefully it'll be over smooth and quick for all of us!

Good news...I guess.

Our case has been transferred to California. Which I take to mean that they have decided we don't need an interview (even though they clearly say that they may still ask for one).

Does anyone know what type of wait we should expect at this point? If I interpret the timelines correctly, I'm thinking early March but that's assuming I know what I'm doing and looking in the right place!

Does a transfer to California pretty much mean an eventual approval just by the nature of being transferred, or should we still be prepared for an interview etc...down the line?

Thanks for all the congratulations on the EAD and AP. It feels so good to have that part of the process nearly done!

Congrats on the EAD/AP approval!!! & congrats on getting transferred to CSC!!!!

Yes in the rare case the file can be sent back to local office for an interview.

You definitely could see a GC approval by February! But one never knows, some people who were transfered for "faster processing" waited 4 months.

Ok friends, got my RFE letter today and I got RFE'd for the I-693. SIGH.

Says: submit a completed and signed Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Records blahblahblah. The medical examination mus be conducted by a civil surgeon who has been designated by USCIS.

Do you guys know where in the USCIS website I can find where it states I dont need a full medical exam because Ive already had one in August 2009? And that my medical is good for a year? Because the retarded idiotic people Ive talked to all say I need a full medical. Like they would know.

Fast food really isn't that bad. You'll just find out all their horrible secrets and never want to eat there again

Wendys had no horrible secrets though, and I still love their food.

Ok..I'm just a little excited. Might mean longer wait, etc, and still no news on my EAD or AP, ( course the AP is only for family emergencies, and I suppose, worse case scenario, I could get an info pass) but the EAD would surely be nice!! Oh well..I'm sure it's soon..
