Interview letter

Passport with K-1 visa and I-94

EAD card

AP document

NOA from I-485, I-131, I-765 + copies

Biometrics appointment letter

Copy of original AOS package

My birth certificate + copy

Husbands birth certificate + copy

Husbands US Passport

SSN Cards

Original marriage license + copy

Certified copy of marriage license

I-693 form (in sealed envelope)

New pay stubs (Late August til now) + Hard copies of pay stubs already submitted (June to late August)

Relationship evidence:

- 2 Recent bank statements showing joint checking account

- Recent bank statement showing joint savings account

- Letter from State Farm declaring me the beneficiary on Bill's life insurance policy

- Print out from State Farm showing me listed on the family auto insurance policy

- Copy of our health insurance benefit cards showing common group and plan numbers

- 2 recent Verizon cell phone bills showing me as listed on the contract

- Rent contract signed by Bill's parents

- Wedding Photos

- Honeymoon Photos

- Photos taken since the wedding (Trips to the mountains, Brad Paisley concert, Rockies and Avalanche games, trip to Pheonix, etc)

- Boarding passes from honeymoon and Phoenix trip and tickets from the above mentioned events

- Congratulatory wedding cards? (not sure if I want to carry these around or not)

If it were me I would bring the wedding cards, maybe just a few, but that's just me.

My hopes my csc transfer have diminished, I hope the interview notice comes quickly though.

Thanks guys! :) I'm still not sure if I want to bring them. I feel like I already have to much to carry around, but we'll see.

Weird thing... I'm not nervous! At least not yet. It is what it is right? I have faith they won't deny me for something stupid, and I figure its about time I hit some immigrations luck :P

I wouldn't give up. I was transferred about a month after my NOA1.

Thanks Laure! I did make a copy, just forgot to list it. I also have the notes I made from calling civil surgeons in the area trying to get my I-693 transcribed, forgot to mention that as well. I called 5 offices representing 10 doctors, which is all of them in my general area, so I hope that's enough to prove I tried to have someone local do it. I don't think it will be an issue, I'm optimistic.

Its at 10:45 mountain time. I'm stuck in the forgotten, rarely mentioned mountain time zone :P

Good Luck Huggles. Looking over your list, that's what we've got (essentially). I've got a mound of documents taht I need to put into a cohesive order for out interview tomorrow. We don't have all that many pictures, we're not really photo people tbh. I also had a lot of problems with our utility companies putting both of our names on the account or bill. They simply wouldn't do it.

Thanks guys. We're getting ready to leave in the next half hour or so, so I'll be sure to come on and let you know how it goes after. I'm just now starting to get a little nervous, but I guess thats normal. If something goes wrong or is missing its going to be something random and stupid, because I know we're prepared.

The most evidence we have is pictures. We take a lot of them. Since we live with the inlaws there really isn't much evidence in terms of utility bills or things of that nature, but I think what we have is good. I wouldn't worry about it to much Rob, I don't think they are looking for too too much.
