I was researching some stats on VJ today, and i'm seeing no real consistency with timelines etc.. Some people got their GC's within 6 weeks from fiing, others are still waiting at 12 weeks....

Some people (many actually) have gotten RFE's for not having the I693 for the medical transcript, and others have been approved without it.

Also some people are receiving GC's within 1-2 weeks after getting their EAD....others just getting their EAD after 8 weeks of having filed...

Just wondering how many of you just filed your vacc supp, and how many actually did the I693?

Based on time lines, I should be approved for a GC last week of Sept, first two weeks of Oct...unless I see an RFE, but even with an RFE, I see people returning the I693 within 2 days of getting the RFE and their file resuming, and getting approved before people who didn't have any incident.... thankfully the part I was eager about is over...the AP...I could care less how soon the GC comes in...i would just love to put a rest to immigration stuff for a while :)

Thanks TimandJoyce! :) here's hoping!

I didn't do the I-693 either Pop, sooo... We'll see. I really hope I don't get one, because those first two HPV shots hurt like an SOB, I'm trying to avoid getting the last one. But I'm with you, I just want the EAD so I can get a Colorado DL, and think about getting a job, and my AP so I can visit home. Whatever happens with the GC approval is secondary.

We should try and keep track, how many Canadians got an RFE for the I-693?

I didn't send in the I-693 and I'm still waiting for my GC approval.

I am assuming I'll get it within the next couple of weeks based on other people's timelines, but I'm in no rush.

I can't go anywhere now that I have a job anyways! I don't even know when I'll have time to go update my SSN to remove the limitations or whatever it says on it.
