after a long wait and 6 weeks of AP are visa is finaly approved and has been delivered! Thanks to everybody for your help!

Also, for people petitioning filipinos, When calling the embassy the USC has to buy a pin for $18 and they say it can only be used 3 times, but for some reason I was able to use mine more than 30 times ( i called everyday to check the status of our AP). So if you ever need to use pin more than 3 times (hopefully you won't have to) just keep trying to use the same pin. Also, if you would like my pin# just send me a PM.

March 25, 2010 - Advance Parole approved..received on April 1 in the mail

March 29, 2010 - I-485 notice date, received on April 4, 2010

May 3, 2010 - EAD approved

May 5, 2010 - Date interview....approved
