My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Congrats, right within your VJ timeline projection.

As a 3/25 filer (3/27 NOA1) who has the misfortune of living in a VSC state, I can tell you: count your blessings that you were able to file at CSC!

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
