just a quick question, looking for a quick answer....

i had my CFO seminar last year, (required to renew passport) at PRISM..

now im getting the CFO sticker.. where should i get it?

at PRISM also or can i get it at st.mary's or at the CFO office at Quirino Ave.?

need a quick response...

Hi! As far as i know, you do not need to retake the seminar. All you need to do is go to the Quirino office, tell them you need the sticker and that you already had the seminar last year and they will will give you a form. fill out the form they give you, and pay P400 for the replacement of your prism cert (if you had the seminar when you were still single) and return the filled out form and give them your passport.

Note: I think you do not need to pay the P400 if the name in your passport and the name in your cert is the same.

So, does it mean that St. Mary's doesn't give stickers? I'm planning to take the seminar at St. mary's and i thought I could get the sticker right after the seminar at the same place. Doesn't that work like that?

if you going there for seminar you will get the sticker also the same day

If I were you, I'll call PRISM or SMEF pra sa kanila mo mismo marinig ang tamang sagot hehe. Wala pa rin kasi akong narinig or nabasa na ganyan ang ginawa
