HELLO...I AM A FILER OF MAY 2009 IN VSC, AND STILL WAITING FOR OUR NOA 2... innocent.gif BEING PATIENT.. whistling.gif

JUST WANT TO KNOW WHO ARE THE MEMBERS OF VJ HERE, WHO FILED THEIR PETITION ON MAY 2009 IN VERMONT SERVICE CENTER.. PLEASE LET US INFORM WHAT IS HAPPENING IN UR PAPERS... COZ HEARD FROM HERE THAT VERMONT NOW IS SLOW IN PROCESSING OUR DOCS. ohmy.gif wacko.gif

I am also May filer but until now we didn't receive NOA2....I'm in CR1 application.

Am a May flier as well but unless running faster than normal being 90 to 120 days our wait for NOA to will be closer to the end of August to first of September. Little longer stay strong and write some letter to your other half. Helps pass the time and handwritten letters also helps for additional proof of relationship.

Time Line:

Met on-line: April 2006

First meeting: July 2006 Broacy great time. rained but so memorable

Second Meeting: March 2007 Met Family and friends 2 weeks time flue by

Third Meeting: October 2007 met friends and more family

Forth Meeting: October 2008 Engaged were it started Boracay 2 weeks in heaven

Petition sent in: May 5th postal over night with postal money order

Signed for at CSC: May 6th

Contacted USCS not received NOA1: June 12th. Got Receit number NOA! receipt sent to wrong address Corrected Stated NOA1 date said to be by contacted agent as 6 May

Touched: 31May for returned NOA1

Touched: 18 June asume to correct address

Touched: 07July Move from desk to desk. no change of status

NOA2: 12 Aug Sweet got e-mail notification of status changed to aproved!!

NOA2: 18 Aug Hard Copy arrived via snail mail yeepeee

NVC: 24 August received NVC stating fowarded to embasy petitioner will be contacted within week for instructions.

Embasy Letter: 4 September

Medical: 05/06 Ootober Passed..Yeepeee!

Interview 19 Octoober ...:::) Passed!!!!!!

Visa Dilivered: 22nd October Sweeeeeeet

POE: 29th Seattle then little flight to Spokane Yeeepeee my partner is home!!

Married: November 30th 2009 Journey complete!

YEP THNX!!!!, GUESSE UR LUCKY COZ U ARE A FILER OF CSC... U KNOW SAW HERE THAT CSC IS MOVING COZ LOTS OF APPROVED K'S ARE FROM THEM DURING THIS TIME... BUT HOW ABOUT VSC HOPE THEY ARE PROCESSING OUR DOCS. TOO YR. 2009 COZ READ HERE THAT THEY ARE APPROVING PETITIONS FROM 2008... WHEW!!!!.....

oi si swetgurl nawala ung noa1 nila kya request sila ng panibago pero pinadla un after several days lang.. meron sya sa timelime nya pede mo un tingnan... oi good news me nakita ako d2 parang ung mga march eh inaayos na nila... malapit na rin ung sa tin just pray lang ng sobra hehehehe :innocent::whistle:

hey lot of march filers got the NOA2 today so be patience u will get it soon. good luck

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

01/16/09- Michael joined Internationalcupid. sent me a message..

01/16/09- started communicating through email only.

01/21/09- (my b-day) started using instant messenger

02/17/09- decided to come in PI to meet me.

02/19/09- booked a flight and hotel

03/02/09- arrived in PI (his b-day)

03/06/09- Goodbye my love, flew back to Texas

03/18/09- hired a lawyer for K1 Visa

03/25/09- sent G325A and other documents to love

03/30/09- love received the forms.

04/07/09- sent the forms G325A, I129F and other documents in checklist to our lawyer

04/09/09- lawyer received the forms and docs.

04/17/09- lawyer sent it

04/29/09- NOA1...case number received.

08/06/09- Love's 2nd trip....SOOO HAPPY..

08/14/09- Went back to US

08/26/09- NOA2 email

08/29/09- NOA2 hard copy

09/02/09- NVC letter received

09/22-23/09- Medical

09/29/09- Interview passed.........

10/14/09- Arrive in Texas

11/25/09- wedding day..

11/26-29/09- Honeymoon in Vegas..

12/02/09- applied for ssn..

12/08/09- received a letter from SS.. card will arrive in 2 weeks..

12/16/09- SSN received..

01/06/10- AOS application submitted..

01/15/10-3 Receipts received..

02/02/10- Biometrics at Lubbock

4/26/10- Received my gc
