Hi guys..we applied for k-3 visa

Our both petitions got approved but we are persuing CR1 .

Our 129F is also at embassy and we are going to attend CR1 interview next month.

WHat should we do about 129F which is also at consulate. SHould we email embassy that we are persuing CR1 and we dont want to process k-3?

or should we just ignore and dont email nothing and attend CR1 interview.

Any suggestions pls.

Thanks in advance.

Good luck to all

Either works fine, ignorning or e-mailing. But I'd be considerate of the embassy as e-mail them, they might have another couple they can interview in your place.

Good luck.

agreed. I would email the consulate.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
