Hello everyone. My name is Mark and I have come to get info so that I can legally get my fiance to the states as soon as possible. She if from Lithuania and as of now, we have just begun preparing the I-129F package. From what I have read thus far (which is A TON of stuff!!!), it looks like we have a long road ahead of us. We are both however, very good about crossing i's and dotting t's so hopefully we will have minimal problems. :blink:

So, thanks in advance for everyone's help that I will surely be asking for!

Being dilligent will definatly make this process much simpler. It will also prevent 2 am freak-outs where you start rifling through your already submitted I-129f for the mistake you are sure you made.

That is funny. :P That is my style as well and I am now with my love married and waiting on our AOS. I wish you good luck and don't be afraid to ask questions. Yes...read the guides and the instructions for the petition very carefully. VJ is quite a savior when it comes to getting you through the paperwork.
