I-131 Question

Just a qucik question - when using the I-131, my status in currently 'visitor' and as a Canadian, there is no alien number issued. Do I just leave the A NUMBER slot blank? Also, I take it that my Class of Admission is 'Visitor'?

The answer for the alien number would be to write None in the field, since you don't have one and shouldn't leave the space blank. If you entered the USA as a visitor without any visa, yes, your current status is Visitor.

Confusing papers...I just filled out my AOS paperwork, too and it took quite some time :-)

As a canadian you can be a visitor and classed as B1 B2 or nothing....depends on how and why you entered and what your passport says.
