My fiance got her Packet 3 and she's going to get her PCC. Question is that she went to school in another state and lived there for 4 yrs (this is about 3 yrs ago). So, question is - does she need to get a PCC from that state as well? Thanks.

Yes she does and the PCC is crystal clear state any place where you leave after the age of 16. And go head do more search if you like but this is the only information I know.
