getting ready for my medical at SLEC

This is all what i have now the papers and stuff to bring in SLEC.any suggestion what else i need or correct me f i am wrong.

ID PICTURE 6 (2x2 )- passport size (royal blue)

NOA2 - is it photocopy or original? only Noa2 or they still need the NOA1 too?

Dear, you need only 4 2x2 pic, WHITE Background; appointment letter email (2 copies), passport original.

what's packet 3? I did not bring this. If you are a CR1, you need only to bring what I said above... and money of course.
