Hi all.. So i am filing DCF through Rome (uscis)/ Naples (consulate). .. I sent away the I-130 on the 9th of July and received a letter today stating that it was approved on the 20th and forwarded to the consulate in Naples. Since I'm really new to this, would this be considered NOA1 or 2? I thought i should have received something stating it was received before something stating that it was approved in only 11 days?? Can someone clarify this?

7-20-09: I-130 approved forwarded to consul in Naples

7-30-09: Packet 3 received via e-mail

7-31-09: DS-230 Part 1 faxed to consulate
