Hello there,

I don't know what CSC's focus month is, but its so random. Anyways, I am not complaining because I am a May 09 petitioner. I just wish that they could finish March 09 CSC filers, so those folks can finally move on with the rest of their journey. So, far July is a good month for approvals. Maybe August 09 could be a good month for my approval.:dance::dance:

How is this information gathered, I am curious. CSC being run by the Feds... Looking at the USCIS site you will see Starlight that the processing time for K1 CSC is within 5 months and they are working on petitions now they received till May 31st 09 :)

The USCIS is an agency in the federal government, if that's what you are asking (ref: USCIS.gov - About Us)

I think that's true... everyone's petitions from May 31 backwards are being worked. It would be extra handy if each approval came in date order, but for whatever reason, it's just going randomly. :)

Check the links in my signature for really good information on how and why petitions get approved in the order that they do. The bottom one especially if you havn't read it before. Apparently there are certain adjuticators who's primary responsibilty is K1 visa's while other adjuticators are to deal with different ones.

Let's go NOA2's!

Hope somebody up there hears you :) I'm a late Marchie (NOA1 on the 20th) and I'm so ready for my NOA2 now. It's been over 4 months, I wish USCIS would speed up the process. On the upside, more than half of us Marchies are done, so you guys are getting closer and closer. Good luck, I hope you get approved soon!
