04/01/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

04/06/2009 - I-130 Received at Chicago INS

04/10/2009 - I-130 NOA1 Received

04/27/2009 - I-130 NOA2 - Notice of Transfer to NBC (Missouri)

05/12/2009 - I-130 NOA3 - APPROVED!!!!!

05/19/2009 - NVC Received/Case number assigned

05/25/2009 - DS-3032 / AOS Bill Generated

05/31/2009 - E-mailed DS3032

06/08/2009 - DS3032 Accepted

06/05/2009 - Paid AOS Bill

06/08/2009 - AOS Bill Show as PAID

06/16/2009 - Paid IV Bill

06/17/2009 - IV Bill Show as PAID

06/18/2009 - Mailed I-864 Package

06/27/2009 - Mailed IV Package

07/09/2009 - Recd Email for RFE (False RFE for DS 230 Part1)

good going guys, now once youhave received your interview letter, get your medical schedual ASAP. There are several vacassine that requires multiple shots 30 - 60 days and you can finish in time. ( it's optional to complete other doses, but if you are spending money whay don't just complete everything).

You will get sealed medical reports, and xray that you have to carry to VFS office along with some other stuff.

Removign Condition from greencard

2011-09-25 ; Greencard Expire

2011-06-27 : application filed 91 days to go before Greencard expire

VJ's got my interview date in September.

September 8th in Bonbay embassy.

Lets keep an track who get interview date in September. And try to stay to gather on various stages.

And i have a first update as welll, i just told my spouse about interview date and she booked the Medical for today.

Reason for early appoint ment is , some vaccine might require multiple doses and she can finish them while she is there.

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

For vaccines that require 30-60 days are you finishing them in India?

yes that ws point of doing madical early. So we can finish the 2 vaccines that requies multiple doses , we can finish them in india. as it is cheaper there.

Mine is June 23 - I-130 approved, and all requirements have been submitted to NVC; hopefully the review will be completed by next week, July 27 - 31. Do I have a chance to be granted a September interview? Thank you!

-Letter from NVC ( The one we get informing interview date and what document we have submited). THey want this letter to verify that we have submited original PCC to NVC.

03/15/08- Met online

01/03/09- Met in person for the first time.

01/15/09- Got engaged

02/18/09- Sent I-129F

02/20/09- Recieved at Vermont Service Center

02/23/09- NOA 1

02/24/09- Check cashed

02/27/09- NOA 1 Recieved hard copy in mail

07/04/09-NOA 2

08/08/09-NOA 2 Recieved hard copy in mail

09/15/09- Medical taken Sputum test required

9/22-9/24-Sputum Testing(Results negative) Now the wait begins for the culture results

11/24/09-Praise God Sputum culture negative......told to report to St Lukes for immunizations.

12/03/09- Medical Exam Passed and complete.

12/15/09- Interview Passed!!!! Visa Approved!! Praise be to God!!!

12/24/09- Visa in Hand

12/30/09- POE- JFK

02/22/10- Married

If God be for me who can be against me!!
