I never felt this much anger in so long....I can't believe this disgusting behavior! I already avoid Chinese products to begin with, since there has been so many problems associated with the products coming from there. But this tops the cake....they are still moving even after being skinned! How sick and cruel can you be!

Seriously, boycott Chinese products!

And I sincerely hope no one will find a reason to delete this topic, this is a sick and cruel topic that needs to be addressed!

Honestly, if clothes were to be made here in the US...the economy will grow much slower, don't you think?

I don't. Why do you think it would?

That means China will grow faster since other countries buy raw materials from there as well.

China is primarily a consumer of raw materials.

Hmm...From the US? Or from regions in which China controls like the IndoChina region?

I think the US Econ would grow sluggishly due to the labor demand for high pay. Sweat shops.

People need to write to their senators and house of reps. Have them do some work for a change.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I don't see why.

If you make it impossible to import Chinese goods cheaply, it will become cost-effective to

produce them here in the US. Prices will obviously rise, but so will wages.

Real wages of Americans peaked in 1973 and are down about 12% since. Any lower price

of goods due to free trade has been more than absorbed by lower wages.

We import much more than we export. If there's a "trade war", who's going to get hurt worse?

Not us.

Wow. The US has lots of raw materials? I thought wrong. Lets see what happens if we stop outsourcing.

Hmm I see what your say here bro.

Since China refuses to float their currency or pay a fair wage to their employees, we could increase the price of raw materials forcing them to increase their prices. Then again they are communist. They'll probably beat people to work for free.

As China expands and their middle class grows, they will eventually run out of room. Over the next few decades I wouldn't be surprised if our factories are fired up again supplying goods to them.

Wait. Does that include people fighting over political, religious reasons as well?

Wait. Does that include people fighting over political, religious reasons as well?

there are people who choose to become activists, serve in the military, etc. to fight oppression, wrongdoing, whatever. that's necessary and honorable; however, as an american who has the freedom to choose political parties and practice my religion, i don't find the need to revolt and i wouldn't know where to start. all i can do is refuse to buy products that support this behavior and vote in the elections. yet, i eat meat- lots of chicken and turkey. youtube some videos on how these babies are raised in their own sh!t and boiled alive. it's easy to be repulsed by something you probably don't do, such as wear mink stoles, but most turn the other cheek when the problem involves something included in daily life- such as food.
