My date of birth:6-20-1985

Date Immigration Prtition filed that is PD:Jan 28 1999

Date immigration petition approved:5-21-2005

Length of time immigration petition pending:6yrs,3months,23days

From the visa bulletin I can am sure that our priority date would become current on August 09(next month) so the date will be 8-1-2009

At 1 august my date of birth will be "freezed" and my age would be 24yrs,1month,12days.

According to CSPA from my current age the lenth of time in which the visa petition was pending would be subtracted.!!

so my CSPA age will be :17yrs,9months 20days.So,According to CSPA I can apply for the visa.

But the question is: is there any chance of denial because of my age.My condition fullfilled all the eligibilities that cspa requires and I am unmarried. When the priority date will be current (it's next month) my agent would notify the NVC about me(Derivative benificiary).

These all thing I am clear about after reading the laws and many, many explanations.

So am i missing something. Is the final decision will be made by the visa officers?

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
