I-751 Supporting Documentation, Timeline, and Strategy???

1) mid-05: met usc wife-to-be

2) end-05: got engaged

3) end-06: had the wedding (good-faith)

4) mid-07: applied for gc

5) end-07: received conditional 2 year gc

6) end-09: 3rd wedding anniversary

7) end-09: conditional 2 year gc expires

after wedding, usc wife commits infidelity (not adultery), and has

secret abortion. no children from marriage. present relationship

tense. please advise on next steps, and their supporting documentation

(what other forms beside I-751???) and timelines:

a - if marriage survives, from when to when can i apply for removal of

condition, and how long does that take? (during 90 days before

expiration of conditional 2 year gc???)

b - if emotional separation ("married, but living separately"), how to

file - jointly or with waiver? (issues???)

c - if legal separation, how to demonstrate good-faith nature of

marriage? (join tax-return, trip pics, family pics, joint insurance,

joint bank a/c???)

d - if amicable divorce, how to demonstrate good-faith nature of

marriage? (too late, since the shortest divorce takes atleast 6 months in md???)

e - if ugly divorce, how to demonstrate good-faith nature of

marriage? ...

f - what would you do???
