I have been doing alot of reading trying to get prepared.....When I looked at the info on the us embassy in egypt, I was happy to see it listed was comes in packet 3. My question is most of the forms that are listed are for K1 visas, does it also pertain to the K3 or CR1 visas too?

Any response will be appreciated!!

for K-3 most likely.... but not necessarily all

The CR-1 application will be made to NVC and NOT to the consulate...

YMMV

Thanks for the the response! I understand that the CR1 comes from the NVC, and either it should be mailed back to them OR kept for the interview at the consulate, but alot of the forms that they have listed on the us embassy website are for engaged couples. My biggest question is that they have the OF-134 form listed instead of the I-864 form. Is that normally filled out instead of the I-864?

"K" visa are I-134

Immigrant visas are I-864

as for the CR-1 processing their is no OR for stateside submitted I-130's. Processing is done at NVC.

YMMV
