DS-3032 Email Template

If DS-3032 is e-mailed no need to put any barcode.

If DS-3032 is snail mailed, then you either have your spouse sign the printed copy of PDF format and send it to you, or you create barcode by yourself according to VJ instructions in guides and glue it to a printed and signed copy.

We e-mailed ours, it took them 2 weeks to approve it. By the time we mailed one, they already approved the e-mailed version. It depends, it always takes different time for NVC to accept it. Anyway, when it's e-mailed I think they don't need a barcode because they receive it from the beneficiary's e-mail anyway.

Good luck!

No barcode needed, all I did was copy the template into my husband's email, entered in all required information and has him also look it over before he sent it from his email, since the rules say that if you are choosing this format it has to come from the beneficiary's email. I think this is a much faster route, than having to deal with "mailroom issues" this way its instantly in the system.
