EEEEEEWWWW --- I did not had such a horrendous party. My parents would have disowned me if I even suggested it

I see now...according to Mr. Freud you are sour because your parents would've disowned you therefore you didn't have one. One where of course you would've worn a pink bright dress and that my friends IS the reason why why you dislike those that are able to celebrate their 15 años

Isn't it me that's the OP? Wasn't really planning on getting into Christianity, but as long as you brought up the subject, God wants you to send me money, so I can save your sorry a$ soul. The more you send, the better house I can offer you in heaven.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

My sister has 18 month old twins, and her mother in law is already planning their quinceanera <_<

Well, I hope they're female...

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

We have had 15'eras in my family (here in the US of A and in Mexico). We are a working class family. Had no need to take a loan.

Had nothing to do with getting the young ladies pregnant.

If you get the opportunity to go to one, go and enjoy it.

Be open minded. Be happy.

I spend $6,000.00 for a red sports coupe that had a retail value of $10,000 after some wheeling and dealing. Brought the car home and completely went through it to make sure it was perfect and spent another 600 bucks to install an ear blasting stereo in it to make my 15 year old step daughter happy. Was a very long year for her until her 16th birthday when she could finally start driving it, she already took the drivers' training class in high school to be prepared, mandatory in our state.

Darn right we are going to this party, why not? Someone else is paying for it.

Call me a hardhead if you like, didn't want any spoiled brat kids, feel stuff like this creates them, already had to replace the front bumper, grille, and the head lamp on that car when she parked it too close to a tree. Year later, parked too close to a porch and the LF fender is kind of dented. Haven't gotten around to that yet. But she is maturing into a fine young woman and on the honor roll in college.

She has visited the homes of my four married kids, and was very impressed, Just said, when they were at her age, they had little of nothing, were in school, studied hard, had part time jobs, found good jobs, and what they do have, they earned it. I sure didn't help, but only did like you, when going through school. The rest, they got on their own.
