I will say that at least the OP in this case returned to their home country and this wasn't a "I want to stay in the US, even though I'm not married" thread.

Opps, guess her relationship fell apart before a visa was issued and she traveled to the US.

How fast it will be and if they have some emails exchange while we are together. Does it will have give problem to the USCIS? And what will be the percentage that the new k1 will be approve?

So says the OP. Always more to the story than one hears. And even if that was the case, theex-fiance has a right to do whatever the blip he wants with his life. The OP has a bad, bad case of the sour grapes.

Thanks!

I don't know the OP, but even with the other thread, it seems a simple question. She just wants to know if he can and yes he can, simple as that.

(Ed+Cindy, sorry, she really was here.... like you said, good that she went back, the honorable thing to do)

You may not want to hear this; but he can petition whoever he wants as lpong as he is single and the other lady is single. He just have to be truthful on his application and meet all the guidelines. You need to move on with your life. Good luck.
