X-Ray at POE- Officer Said to Keep That?

So honey finally arrived yesterday morning, POE-LAX was a pain, he asked him 6 questions and went through the packet one by one and stamped each page.

Honey came out with his X ray ~ I thought the X ray was suppose to go with the medical packet?

So what do we do now? When we submit AOS, do we also submit the xray with our packets with the AOS ?

No actual x-ray needed for AOS. It's for him to keep for whatever reason he might want it. The doctor at his medical read the x-ray and recorded whatever information (no TB) was needed from it. The USCIS people don't read x-rays because they're not doctors. They depend on what the doctor who read it wrote on the paper and signed.

It is rare that the Immigration Officer wll ask for the Xray at ther point of entry, but for some reason you are required to carry it. A few VJers have had to get their Xray out of checked in luggage before being allowed to enter the US.

Your SO can frame the xray, file it with the other Visa papers, or put it in file 13. My SO filed hers with the Visa papers.
