I use to drink it on a regular basis in Mexico they still make Coca-Cola with natural sugar

Not that it helps anyone now, but Coke with sugar is available in the US around March/April, for Passover.

It has a yellow cap instead of the red ones.

I found non HFCS ketchup at the Fresh and Easy Market.. got a fairly large sized bottle for under 2 bucks...

they sell the Mexican coke at BevMo too .. it is about $1.70 a bottle though
