April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

I just wanted to wish everyone good luck. In July 2008 my husband and I started this crazy journey. Some advice would be to remain patient and read, read, read!! If you are at the USCIS stage you should be reading about the NVC so that you know excatly what you will do and what you will need. Also, you must remain very proactive because if you don't make your case a priority the USCIS and NVC will not. Good luck everyone!! :thumbs:

2009-04-08 : POE Atlanta (256 days from sending I-130)

2011-03-10 : Check Cashed

I am from Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur. I used to live in Ulas too, many years ago. Was your wedding held at that new Golf Estates Subdivision outside Ulas? I notice that the swimming pool and the clubhouse in your pictures are almost the same as the ones at the subdivision.

You need to make 125% above poverty level... which is about $17,500 dollars per year. If the sponser and co-sponser can earn that much together that's all you need. GOOD LUCK!!

There is a couple I saw on Igor's list (Asma and Sheikh) that petitioned on July 31st, received their NOA1 on August 3rd, and their NOA2 on August 6th. WOW!!!! How did they get it done so fast!??????? Hmm... must have friends in the USCIS office... Or, had their papers expedited. Speaking of which... How do you qualify for an expedition??

There are also quite a few filers from June who already have their NOA2's. If only it could be so rapid for ALL of us!! :)

2010-00-00 : LOG IN FAILED!! (yippee!)

2010-00-00 : Case Complete!

2010-00-00 : Received interview date for - -

2010-00-00 : Hubby attends interview in Rio de Janeiro!

2010-00-00 : Receives Visa!

2010-00-00 : Arrives at POE in United States.. together at last!!!!!
