Hello my fellow july filers..i just want to share my happiness as we finally got our NOA1 yesterday!!!yay!!

HELLO.. GOOD.. MY NOA IS IN AGOUST TOOO..AND I MADE 1 FORUM OF THAT MONTHS... IN THAT WAY WE WAIT TOGETHER..

hello everyone!.. i've noticed there have been a lot of approved apr09 filers and a few from may09 filers as reflected on igor's list in the past weeks.. soon we'll be having ours too, hopefully between september & october.. we are all longing to be with our husbands/wives.. just hang in there guys! :thumbs:

01/23/2014 - case transferred to NVC

03/04/2014 - case number assigned

03/06/2014 - submitted DS-261

03/07/2014 - paid AOS Fee

03/19/2014 - sent AOS package

03/25/2014 - paid IV Fee

03/29/2014 - submitted DS260

03/31/2014 - sent DS-260(IV) civil documents

04/08/2014 - IV and AOS Checklist (I864A - incomplete information (place of residence))

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

ADVANCE MEDICAL @ St. Luke - SEPTEMBER 23, 2013

Hi Maritoni! I know I keep checking mine online too, now that I have also filed for the K3~I have 2 receipt numbers!!!

Still the same message though....waiting waiting waiting ;)

hi to all july filers. we didnt make it for july. we mailed ours on august 1st lol but still no NOA ugh! i think ours is taking so long :(

we got the receipt number from the bank when they cashed the check. but it's still not in their system when we checked this morning.

We are also in the process. We got married in Canada.

We are waiting for our NOA2. Here is our time line:

Service center: California

Consulate: Montreal, Canada

Married: 06-13-2009

Sent I-130: 07-17-2009

NOA1: 07-24-2009

Don't worry Abbie, I ran to the mailbox every day waiting for the NOA1 to show up!

It finally did!

Maritoni, I am hoping that the K3 and Cr-1 comes in around the same time...I will definitely follow the CR-1 route if it did, but I couldn't stand waiting so I went ahead and did the I-129f too...
